Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the proceedings under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 have been concluded by the order dated 09.08.2021. The land has been demarcated.
Instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel are taken in the record.
Sri Rajjan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid submission and submits that the cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
Sri Anup Dhar Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the respondent No.3 has instituted a civil proceeding for specific performance before the competent court against the petitioners.
This order is without prejudice to the rights of the respondent No.3 which are engaging the attention of the learned civil court.
