… Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order of vacating an interim order of status quo dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Hon’ble Debts Recovery Tribunal – I Bengaluru in I.R.No.212/2018. and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.

In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks quashment of the order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’ for short) by which application for ad-interim exparte order has been granted as well as seeks a direction to the Tribunal to decide the application for interim stay filed by the petitioner on merits.
3. The matter is pending before this Court since 2018 in which no interim order has been passed. It appears that the proceedings by efflux of time must have been concluded before the Tribunal. In case, the same are pending before the Tribunal, the petitioner shall make an endeavour to decide the same within a period of two months from today.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
