1. By way of this petition, the petitioner Association has prayed to set aside the impugned communications dated 28.06.2011 and 06.08.2011 issued by respondent no. 2, whereby, a decision is taken to reduce the second higher grade scale of the Technical Assistants working under respondent no. 2 Corporation.
2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. This petition has been filed on behalf an Association consisting of employees belonging to the cadre of Technical Assistants, However, the petitioner has not disclosed the number of members who are affected by the impugned orders. Therefore, on this ground alone, the petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Notice is discharged. It is, however, clarified that no recovery in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be made without following due process of law, especially after issuing notices individually to each of the members.
