Heard Mr. Anip A. Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. P.A. Jadeja, learned advocate for the respondent.
The parties are desirous to have an alternative redressal forum by way of Mediation. Hence, this petition is referred to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre. Parties shall report to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre on 7.5.2012 at 11:30 a.m. It may also be noted that another Company Petition No.185 of 2005 is also pending against the same respondent before this Court. S.O. to 16.7.2012. If the Mediator thinks fit and needs more time, it would be open for the Mediator to refer the matter back to this Court for extension of time.
