JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 03.09.2012 made against the accused persons and the same be investigated by a special team formed and monitored by the first respondent.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent had already received the complaint dated 03.09.2012 sent by the petitioner and the CBI Officials, after due enquiry, sent a letter to the learned Special Public Prosecutor which reads as follows:-  This is to inform you that the complaint dated 03.09.2012 made by Shri.T.D.Naidu against the CBI Officers and Officers of Andhra Bank was dealt with by CBI. During enquiries, the allegations made in the said complaint were found to be false and baseless and hence the complaint was closed. Shri T.D.Naidu is also being intimated about the same through registered post.
The same has been duly communicated to the petitioner by registered post dated 24.07.2017 at 18:42 hrs. vide letter dated 24.07.2017 which reads as follows:-
"This is to inform you that your complaint dated 03.09.2012 against the CBI Officers and Officers of Andhra Bank was dealt with by CBI. During enquiries, the allegations made in the said complaint could not be substantiated and hence the complaint was closed".
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been informed the action taken by the prosecution on his complaint. Therefore the respondent may be directed to register a case and investigate the same in accordance with law.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition, since the complaint sent by the petitioner was dealt with by CBI in accordance with law. However P.VELMURUGAN, J.
dpq petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps after receipt of information on the complaint dated 03.09.2012 in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
