T.C.Sachidanandan

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging imposition of penalty of Rs.60,00,000/- by the Bharat Petroleum Corporation under the Marketing Discipline Guidelines, 2014. The petitioner submits that he may resort to alternate remedy before the Civil Court or under arbitration.

With that liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
