JUDGMENT / ORDER

Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions. The matter was adjourned on the submissions made by another counsel that he would filed vakalat. However, no vakalat was filed. Considering same, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
