Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 29-10-2012 (appears to have been wrongly typed as 01-04- 2011), in C.C.No.1012 of 2012, by the respondent.
C.C.No.1012 of 2012 was also filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 01.04.2011, in WPMP.No.10741 of 2011 in WP.No.8646 of 2011, by the respondent and two of his officers.
The respondent herein has filed a counter- affidavit. He has also attended the Court on more than one occasion.
At the hearing, this Court has pointed out to the respondent that his conduct and behaviour is resulting in filing repeated contempts and that he should mend his ways by respecting the judicial orders. He has assured the Court that he will not display such conduct in future. He has also submitted that without following the due process of law, he will not interfere with the petitioners’ possession of their respective lands, in Survey No.190 of Mondikunta and Mallelamadugu Villages of Ashwapuram Mandal, Khammam District, which are the subject matter of W.P.No.8646 of 2011.
In the light of the remorse expressed by the respondent and the assurance given by him as recorded herein before, this Contempt Case is closed.
