This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 06.02.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.490 of 2017 (Smt. Rehana & Another Vs. Tausif), under section 125 Cr.P.C., District- Sambhal.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
Counsel has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. By the impugned order only Rs. 3,000/- per month has been awarded to the wife/opposite party no.2 and Rs.1,500/- to minor daughter/ opposite party no.3 as a matter of maintenance which in the present days of high price rise cannot be said to be either excessive or disproportionate. The facts and circumstances of the case have been gone into by the Court below and there is no good reason to interfere in the same.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
