Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.K. Singh who appeared for the respondent no. 4.
Prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioner and his family members.
During course of arguments there is no dispute about the fact that on the charge of kidnapping, first information report has been registered as case crime no. 244 of 2010, under Section 363, 366 I.P.C.
When first information report is registered/lodged then somebody's name comes during investigation.
In view of the aforesaid this Court is not to intervene in the matter for giving any protection and it is always open to the petitioner to take recourse as permitted in law.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
