Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Tauseef Ahmad, Iliyas, Smt. Parveen, Phool Bano, Idul @ Junaid and Smt. Kali Bano, in Case Crime No. 293 of 2020, under Sections- 498-A, 323, 313, 376, 511 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Ganjdundwara, District- Kasganj.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 05.02.2021.
Notices were issued to opposite party no. 2 but no one has put in appearance.
The order is confirmed.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 05.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
