By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court for issuing a direction to the Consumer Protection Forum, District Allahabad to decide the case No.405 of 2016 (Tauheed Ahmad vs. Manager/Registered Officer Sri Ram General Insurance Pvt. Limited, LDA, Center No.2, S.P. Marg, Nawab Yusuf Road, Civil Lines, Allahabad and another).
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case any such case is pending before the Forum, the same be considered and decided without unnecessary delay.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
