1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Taufiq Ahmad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 11111 of 2019, under Sections 3 (1) (2) (3) / 23, 25 Pre Conception and Pre Natal Diagnostic (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present application, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
