1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 12.07.1996 passed by Family Court, Bareilly passed in Case No.994 of 1991, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. whereby Revisionist was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.500/- per month from the date of application up to 27.11.1994 i.e. date of Talaq and three months thereafter that is for the period of Iddat up to 27.02.1995, and further was directed to pay revisionist Rs.200/- per month to his minor son from the date of application till he attains majority, against the Revisionist to be paid to respondents 1 and 3 respectively.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
