This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) is filed against Order, dated 08-09-2014, in IA.No.471 of 2014 in OP.No.376 of 2014, on the file of the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar (for short ‘the lower Court’).
A perusal of the impugned order of the lower Court would show that pending the OP filed under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, by the respondents for appointing them as guardians of their grand daughter viz., Baby Ramidi Vidvatdayini Reddy, who is aged two years, the lower Court has granted them visitation rights for two hours, on the first and the last Sundays of every month, from 10 a.m., to 12 noon, at a temple or park nearby the house of the petitioner.
Viewed from any angle, the impugned order of the lower Court cannot be said to be unreasonable or unjustified. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly.
As a sequel, CRPMP.No.4692 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
