JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent/ Complainant Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer. Jubilee Hills Police Station. Hyderabad to release the petitioners/Al & A2 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 68 of 2014.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Nageswara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
The petitioners are A1 and A2. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed offences under Section 420, 354, 385, 506 and 509 IPC. The de facto complainant is the husband of A1. She alleged that A2 and other accused misbehaved with her and outraged her modesty. She further contended that A1 cheated the de facto complainant by representing that he was working in ICICI bank. In view of the nature of the allegations that are levelled against the petitioners, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
..2… Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.
