1. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in pursuance to the order dated 25.11.2019, the requisite amount of Rs.2 lakhs has been deposited in a fixed deposit in the name of petitioner no.1.
2. A joint affidavit has also been prepared which has been filed in the Registry yesterday and the receipt issued has also been produced before this Court. The receipt is kept on record.
3. The learned Standing Counsel has gone through the affidavit filed by the petitioners on 19.12.2019.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
