JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties inform us that the point involved in this application is also the subject-matter of several Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court of India where the matters have already been heard in part.
To enable them to take further instructions in the matter, we fix this matter for hearing on February 3, 2012. Copy of the order dated August 18, 2011 passed by the Supreme Court be kept on record.
