JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Mr.
Shalin Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in this entire group, vires of Gujarat Entertainment Tax (Exhibition by means of Direct-To-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) Rules, 2010 and Gujarat Entertainment Tax (Amendment) Act, 2009 have been challenged. Hence, office is directed to list this group before a Bench having jurisdiction to consider challenge of vires of a provision, after obtaining necessary nomination from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
