Following the above referred judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is allowed declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the Demand Notice in Rc.No.A/FN58/10 dated 30.07.2010 to the petitioner herein as illegal, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
