Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Permanent Lok Adalat, District Kanpur Nagar, i.e., respondent no. 1 to decide P.L.A. Case No. 49 of 2014 pending in the court of Permanent Lok Adalat, District Kanpur Nagar.
Without entering into the merits of the case as well as the maintainability of the claim of the petitioner, the Permanent Lok Adalat, District Kanpur Nagar, i.e., respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
