Ms.P.J.Davawala submitted that the requisite party namely the Liquidator is also not joined, as the G.S.T.C. has gone into liquidation. Though the matter is listed, no one appears time and again.

In view of this, the petition is dismissed for default. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. No costs.
