In somewhat similar facts and circumstances, Writ Petition No.13173 of 2018 (Mohd. Idrish And 4 Others Vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others) has been disposed of by this Court, vide order of date.
For the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms. The order impugned dated 19.5.2018/21.5.2018 stands quashed. The authority concerned shall reconsider the matter in light of the observations made in the order dated 30.1.2018, passed in Writ Petition No.6004 of 2016.
