The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Metropolitan Magistrate-3rd, Kanpur Nagar to decide case no. 1198 of 2015 (Smt. Tasleem Bano Vs. Mohammad Naseem Qureshi and others), under Section 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 of Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Moolganj, district Kanpur Nagar pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within the time provided in the Statute, if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
