Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Code') has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to decide Criminal Case No. 8006 of 2017 (In Re. : State of U.P. v. Smt. Tasleem Bano and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 625 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 494 of IPC, 1860, Police Station - Bilhaur, District - Kanpur Nagar, pending before C.J.M. Kanpur Dehat.
Learned counsel for the applicant admitted that order of no coercive action has been passed against some accused.
Accordingly, it is not appropriate to issue any direction for expediting the trial.
In view of above, the instant application under Section 482 of the Code stands rejected.
