Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2020, under Sections - 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Prayagraj.
From perusal of the order-sheet, it transpires that previously the applicants were granted interim relief/protection by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court.
Now, the interim relief/protection is extended till 08 August, 2021. Thereafter, the applicants will surrender the very next day preferably on 09th August, 2021 and they may seek regular bail and in case the bail application is moved on 09th August, 2021, the same shall be considered expeditiously and in case the Presiding Officer of the court concerned is on leave or is not present in the court, then the bail application shall be heard and decided by another competent court of the same judgeship on the same day.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
Nothing has been observed on the merits of the case.
It is made clear that, if the applicants do not surrender before the court concerned, within the time prescribed by this Court, then due course of law would follow against the applicants.
