From the order dated 18.02.2016 it transpires that the District Development Officer, Agra has not afforded opportunity to the respondent no.6 to explicit her claim.

It appears that there is conflicting claim in respect of the post retiral dues of Late Vijai Prakash Rawat.

List this case after three months.

In the meantime, District Development Officer, Agra is directed to pass appropriate order after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the respondent no.6, mother of the petitioner.

The petitioner may bring on record the order passed by the District Development Officer by way of supplementary affidavit.
