Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 28.02.2020 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.1, District Bulandshahar in Misc. Suit No.18 of 2018 (Smt. Neetu @ Neeraj Vs. Tarun Kumar).
Against any of the order of Family Court, there is appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984, therefore, the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984.
