Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The orders challenged in the present writ petition have been passed in proceeding registered under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 (hereinafter referred to as, 'Act, 1901') and in the consequential appeal and revisions whereby the claim of the petitioner as the sole heir of Sohan Lal, the original tenure holder of the property has been rejected.
The orders have been passed in mutation proceedings, which are summary in nature and do not finally decide the title of the parties. The petitioner has a remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of his rights.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
