Heard Sri Varun Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State- respondents and Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent no.2.
The Original Suit No.930 of 2016 (Tarun Katyal vs. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority) has been filed for injunction which is pending from last more two years.
According to the petitioner, his 6-C Application has also not been decided.
Learned counsel for the defendant-respondent no.2 has no objection, if the suit is decided within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide Application 6C in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
