Tarmohammed vs State

The applicant through this complaint urged for his early release on account of his completion of 14 years in jail. The communication received by learned APP through jail is containing details with regard to the application for early release and its adverse result. The Court is of the view that in light of this, the complaint is required to be disposed of as no action is called at this stage. Hence, the same is disposed of. The applicant/prisoner be informed accordingly.
