The controversy raised in this petition stands adjudicated by this Court vide judgment dated 6.9.2017, passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No.18021 of 2016 (Sharad and others vs. State of U.P. and others).
For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 6.9.2017, this writ petition is also disposed of on same terms. The respondents shall consider claim of petitioners keeping in view the observations contained in para 13 of the aforesaid judgment.
