Heard Sri Mohammad Belal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that no is there in the family of the applicant and on account of which the applicant is unable to furnish sureties as mentioned in bail granting order dated 26.9.2018.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 26.9.2018 is corrected as follows:
In the fifth line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 26.9.2018 "(of Rs. two lakhs) each (one should be of family member)" be deleted and the same shall be read as "of relative".
