1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondents not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners.
3. On 31.08.2019 State Government has issued a Government Order pursuant to the direction of Apex Court in case of Shakti Vahini Vs. Union of India and others, (2018) 7 SCC 192, wherein the district authorities have been given the task to provide the necessary protection to those married couples who approach them for redressal of their grievance.
4. In view of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019 writ petition is not maintainable on the ground of alternative remedy.
5. Dismissed, accordingly.
6. Petitioners may approach the district authorities as provided in the Government Order dated 31.08.2019 for redressal of their grievance, if any.
