List of fresh cases has been revised. No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.
The petitioners have filed this petition as usual seeking protection of their life and restraining the respondents from causing any harassment or interference in their married life.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that petitioner no. 2, the boy is minor and a first information report has also been lodged in the present case.
In connection with the alleged marriage of the petitioners, a first information report being Case Crime No. 146 of 2021, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Mujariya, District Budaun has been lodged with the police authorities and the matter is under investigation.
In view of the above, since the matter is under investigation of the police authorities, the matter requires no interference by this Court in exercise of this writ jurisdiction.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
