Tarachandbhai vs State

On the last date of hearing, time was sought in order to file an affidavit-in-reply on behalf of respondents Nos.2 and 3. However, no affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the said respondents is to be found on the record of the petition. Mr.R.C.Kakkad, learned advocate for the petitioners, has remained present on both the calls. However, as the learned counsel for respondents Nos.2, 3 and 4 have not remained present and no affidavit-in-reply has been filed, the matter is adjourned to 10.07.2012. The status-quo order, granted earlier, shall continue till then.
