1.0 This Court on 26.03.2012 passed the following order:

"Mr.

Vora appears for respondent No.3 in all the appeals.

Learned counsel for appellant to take appropriate steps qua respondent No.4 within a period of four weeks failing which the matters shall dismissed qua unserved respondent No.4.

Put up on 24th April 2012."

2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, no actions are taken by the learned advocate for the appellant. In that view of the matter, this Court has no option but to dismiss the matters. Therefore, the matters stand dismissed for default.
