This Civil Application has been preferred to implead the heirs since the original respondent has passed away during the pendency of this petition. All the proposed heirs have been served.

Learned Advocate Shri Purohit appears for respondent no.1/3 who has no objection to this impledment.

This Civil Application is allowed. Applicant to implead the proposed parties as the heirs of deceased respondent by carrying out requisite amendment within seven days. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.

Main Petition shall be heard on 9th July, 2012.
