Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner has not challenged the order of learned Magistrate by which the victim has been sent to Nari Niketan.
Sri S.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh challenging the said order.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
