Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed challenging an amaldaramat made in the Khatauni of 1423 to 1428F. This amaldaramat categorically refers to an order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Bijnore on 25.11.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner states that this copy has not been made available to him.
Challenge to an amaldaramat is not tenable.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh annexing thereto the actual order sought to be challenged.
