This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction for payment of GPF and GIS amount. In paragraphs-7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that 90% GPF amount has already been paid. GIS amount has also been paid. The balance 10% of GPF amount has not been paid due to non-issuance of authorisation letter from the office of Accountant General, which has been requested to issue authorisation.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
