Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 7.4.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 100 of 2021, under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.-
Khuldabad, District- Prayagraj.
The allegation in the impugned F.I.R. is that on 15.3.2021 when the first informant was cleaning the road in front of her house, the accused persons attacked her and started beating her with fists and kicks and made her fall on the ground.
A perusal of the record reveals that there is a longstanding dispute between the parties and off and on such incidents are taking place. Thus no ground is made out to quash the impugned F.I.R.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
However, it is left open to the petitioners to apply for bail/anticipatory bail, as may be maintainable or advised, in which event the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
