1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh who appears for Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd.
2. In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, Mr. Ravindra Singh says that he has sought instructions from the respondents No. 3 and 4. It has been submitted on the basis of the instructions that there are no Rules relating to compassionate appointment in the Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd. However, for retiral dues the petitioner has already made a representation to the General Manager, respondent No. 3 herein, on 03.08.2018. The representation has remained undisposed off.
3. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
