This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6-Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) IV District Agra to decide the Original Suit No. 160 of 2015 (Sri Tara Chand Vs. Shri Chhavi Ram Pandit and others) according to his own roster keeping in mind the oldest cases.
