Even though lawyers are abstaining from work and the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, I myself have gone through the records of the case and the following order is being passed.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision No.71 of 2019 (Radha Rani vs. Ramesh & Ors.) pending before the Board of Revenue, Lucknow be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid suit.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.71 of 2019 (Radha Rani vs. Ramesh & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
