Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
The present under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed challenging the impugned show caused notice dated 28.10.2020, issued by District Magistrate, Fatehpur, to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Gram Pradhan.
Learned Standing counsel submits that respondent No. 2- District Magistrate, Fatehpur, has power to issue show cause notice. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a remedy to submit his reply for the same.
For the reasons mentioned above, I do not find any good ground to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take such recourse, which is available under the law.
