Learned counsel for the applicant states that he wants to withdraw the anticipatory bail application provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicant, if given, expeditiously on the same day.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
A direction is, however, given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives regular bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously, preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
