JUDGMENT / ORDER

In absence of details regarding the pending cases of the convict prisoner, no direction can be given to the trial court. If the convict prisoner prefers fresh application with details of his pending criminal cases, necessary order can be passed for expeditious trial. With the above observations, this application stands disposed of.
