Learned Addl. C.S.C. on the basis of his instructions submits that in the present matter F.I.R. (Case Crime No.- 316 of 2021, under Section- 364 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Aligarh) has been lodged against petitioner no.2, therefore, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the present petition having become infructuous is dismissed accordingly.
However, petitioners are at liberty to seek other remedy as provided under the law Order Date :- 17.12.2021 S.Verma
