Tanuben vs State

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is reported that against the judgment and order dated 19.10.2011 passed by learned Judge, Court No.19, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad further revisional proceedings have been taken before this Court by the parties and the said proceedings are pending as on date.

In view of the above, ad-interim relief granted earlier in each petition to continue till further order.
